Order Processing and Delivery Time
We aim to make each step of your order as smooth as possible, from processing to delivery. Since our products are handmade to order, manufacturing typically takes around 2 business days. Once your item is crafted, we dispatch it within 1 to 2 business days, ensuring that each piece is made specially for you.

- Lithuania: 1 – 2 business days
- Europe: 3 – 4 business days
- Rest of the World: 4 – 8 business days
Free Worldwide Delivery
We’re delighted to offer free Courier Delivery for all orders above 400 EUR to over 150 countries worldwide.
International Taxes and Duties
For orders outside the EU, customs and import duties may apply once the delivery reaches its destination. Unfortunately, we cannot predict these charges, as they vary by country and are determined by local customs policies. We recommend contacting your local customs office to learn more about potential fees before placing an order. Please note that these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Linen Spells purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to assist you.
Return and Exchange Policy
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or if you receive the wrong order, please contact us within 48 hours. In such cases, we will cover all shipping and handling costs. For added convenience, we can arrange for a courier to pick up the package from your home at no cost.
Returning an Item
When returning an item, please use a carrier of your choice and obtain a tracking number. Items lost in transit cannot be refunded, and we may adjust your refund to account for any damages incurred during return shipping.
