Access and Use of the Site

1.5 Do not use another person’s Account without permission. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately.
3. Availability and Linking
1.6 We do not guarantee the Site will be available without disruption.
1.7 Linking to our Site in a way that damages our reputation or implies association or endorsement without our permission is prohibited.

Orders and Formation of Contract
1. Ordering Process
3.1 Follow instructions on the Site for placing and modifying Orders. Full payment is required at checkout.
2. Errors and Confirmation
3.3 If you make a mistake with an Order, contact us at info@linenspells.com.
3.4 An Order Confirmation email is an acknowledgment, not an acceptance. A contract forms upon shipment confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse Orders for any reason and will refund any payments if an Order is canceled before acceptance.
Delivery
1. Delivery Times and Delays
4.1 We aim to deliver within the indicated timeframe but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
4.2 We will inform you of any expected delays, though we are not liable for any loss or expense due to late delivery.
2. Authority to Leave
4.3 Granting “authority to leave” allows couriers to leave Orders unattended at your risk.
3. Acceptance of Delivery
4.4 Ensure availability to accept delivery. If not, the courier may leave instructions for re-delivery or collection.
4. Risk and Damage
4.6 Risk transfers to you upon delivery or upon the intended delivery date if delayed.
4.7 Open products carefully to avoid damage.
Cancellation
1. Cancellations by LinenSpells
5.1 We may cancel an Order if a product is unavailable, with full refund provided.
2. Customer Cancellation
5.2 If you wish to cancel an Order, contact us within 12 hours at info@linenspells.com. No fees apply if canceled within this timeframe. Processed Orders cannot be canceled but may be returned under our Returns Policy.
Consumer Rights and Liability
6.1 Your statutory consumer rights are not excluded by these Terms.
7.1 Our duty is to exercise reasonable care in performing obligations.
Product Suitability
8.1 Products are standard and not tailored to individual requirements. LinenSpells does not warrant that products will meet your specific needs.
Dispute Resolution
8.1 Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if needed, mediation under Lithuanian jurisdiction.
Force Majeure
9.1 LinenSpells is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, and legal compliance.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1 These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law, and both parties submit to its courts.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
11.1 LinenSpells reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued Site use implies acceptance of any changes.
